You are about to fill out an application to join our staff.
1. Complete all the fields on the Application form by clicking the button below.
2. E-mail right from the form, or print and Fax or mail the completed application to our office. You may immediately & securely submit via email by clicking link on the bottom of the application.

3. You will be contacted by a member of our staff and scheduled for an interview.

4. Bring a completed W-4 form , i-9 form and IT-2104 to your interview.

Note: New and current employees who wish to file at the "exempt" status must enter "EXEMPT" on line 7 of their W-4 form and fill out NY form IT-2104-E with appropriate entries.

5. Bring your original Lifeguard and CPR certifications and 1 copy (front and back) to the interview.
